Most of this image was created in-camera with only minor adjustments to levels and cropping in post-processing. The background shadow is of a wire-spokes wheel illuminated by a distant cold lamp at a high-angle. Lighting of the Madfiber wheel had to appear to cast the same (wrong) shadow...no highlights on right-side edges. The image is a play on the marketing slogan of "leaving behind traditional metal wheels".
